World Book Day 2023 was an incredible day at Smith’s Wood Primary Academy! Both pupils and staff impressed with their wonderful costumes, dressing up as their favourite book characters!

The children took part in World Book Day assemblies, book related quizzes, themed lessons (which got their creative juices flowing), listened to a guest teacher reading and received their World Book Day tokens to spend on a book of their choice.
