Pupils can be recognised for this weekly award for a variety of reasons. They may have excelled in a particular subject through the week; may have shown one, or more, of the school values in abundance, or they may have impressed their teacher, or other staff members with a huge amount of effort. Pupils across all year groups, from Year 1 to Year 6, either wrote a story or a poem linking to the theme. All of our entries are being displayed in The Core Theatre in July 2022 ahead of the Commonwealth Games. To celebrate a commemorative certificate and badge were awarded to several hard working pupils.
