Yesterday, we celebrated VE Day in school, full of engaging and thoughtful activities. The children immersed themselves in experiences designed to give them a deeper understanding of this significant moment in history. From learning about the events that led to Victory in Europe, to exploring the lives of people during wartime, it was a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the past and appreciate the importance of peace and unity. The children enjoyed a patriotic themed lunch and produced some beautiful work!
