        Smith's Wood Primary Academy would like to thank parents and children for their efforts and support during the first 2 weeks of the Autumn Term. It has been a pleasure to welcome children back and the atmosphere and ethos within school has been fantastic.
         
        With the new measures being introduced in Birmingham and Solihull from Tuesday, we would like to remind parents to adhere to social distancing guidelines and be mindful of crowds. Please also ensure children arriving to school on bikes and scooters take care and keep their distance from others in order to keep everyone safe.

      • Secondary Transfer Information 2021

        The parent portal is now open for Solihull residents at www.solihull.gov.uk/pp the closing date is 31 October.

        Anyone that does not receive the information for any reason can still submit their application on the parent portal, a copy of the booklet can be found on the Solihull.gov website.  Applying late will almost certainly reduce the chances of obtaining a place at the preferred school

        For pupils who are currently not attending school, end of year reports and details of class teachers for next year, can be picked up on Thursday 9th July from the small hall between 9.30-10.15am for Reception & KS1 pupils and between 10.15-11.00am for KS2 pupils.
