      Individuals have the right to request access to the information we hold about them.

       

      If you want to make a subject access request, please download and complete the following:

      Please email the completed Subject Access Request to the Chief Privacy Officer – Juliet McCarron s48JMcCarron@smithswoodpri.solilhull.sch.uk

      Alternatively you may make a subject access request verbally either by calling 0121 779 8050 or in person to the school office.
